WHO IS AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR?

Associate Directors are independent, growth-minded professionals with a commercial real estate lending background and typically produce $10-30 million in production over the last 12 months. 

This position is 100% commission-based, with no base salary. Some leads may be provided, but ultimately, you are responsible for generating your own leads and pipeline of commercial deals. Compensation is based on a percentage of an Adjusted Gross Commissionable Income (Origination Fee). Splits range from 60-90% based on your production in a 12 month period.

After your interview with Rachel, here are the next steps:

Step 1. Onboarding Process: This includes setting up your profile and familiarizing yourself with the Empower program. For access to the Empower platform and resources, there is a one-time application fee of $150 at joining and a technology fee of $150 per month.

Step 2. CUPID Training: After the Accelerator program, receive free training on using the CommLoan platform effectively, with interactive guides, how-to videos, and practical exercises. You will receive access to a sandbox account, and will be required to generate three mock loans for review by our staff. This training will empower you to navigate the platform with confidence and efficiency. 

Step 3. Mentorship: Depending on your experience level, you may be partnered with a Mentor who will provide guidance and support until you demonstrate proficiency. Your Mentor will share insights and best practices to help you succeed in commercial mortgage origination. They will partner with you on your deals until you are fully ready to originate without support.
