WHO IS A DIRECTOR?

We seek highly motivated commercial real estate loan originators with a proven track record of over $30 million in production in the last 12 months. This is a full-time role, ideal for independent, growth-minded professionals ready to leverage CommLoan's cutting-edge technology and extensive lender network to grow their business exponentially. 

This position is 100% commission-based, with no salary base. Some leads may be provided, but ultimately, you are responsible for generating your own leads and pipeline of commercial deals. Compensation is based on a percentage of an Adjusted Gross Commissionable Income (Origination Fee). Splits range from 60-90% based on your production in a 12-month period.

Step 1. Onboarding Process: This includes setting up your profile and familiarizing yourself with the Empower program. For access to the Empower platform and resources, there is a one-time application fee of $150 at joining and a technology fee of $150 per month.

Step 2. CUPID Training: You'll receive free training on using the CommLoan platform effectively, with interactive guides, how-to videos, and practical exercises. You will receive access to a sandbox account, and will be required to generate three mock loans for review by our staff. This training will empower you to navigate the platform with confidence and efficiency.
